Josh and I just want to let you know how many people commented on how good the food was that you and your wife prepared for our wedding last Saturday at TBS Ranch. I wish I hadn’t been so busy visiting with people and had had a chance to eat more of it that night. We did get lots of leftovers and those have been sooo good too!
I just hope you know how much we appreciated your hard work and great service. We can tell that you love what you do and put a lot of effort into your work. It shows! The food was so good, everyone LOVED it!! Hope it wasn’t too hot for you being around those grills on a warm day.
Also, thank you for cutting and serving our cake. We really appreciated that as well.

Sorry it took me a little bit to get back to you. You guys did a great job with Ryan and Jacque’s wedding. I only heard good things! The family and bride and groom seemed to be very happy with how everything went! Hope you had a great Thanksgiving and I look forward to working with you in the future!

On July 22nd my Daughter was getting married and we had a big outdoor Wedding and Reception. Two days prior to the Wedding the person that was going to do the Barbecue informed me he would not be able to. I was devastated. After hearing about my tragedy, Clive called and he volunteered to be the “Chef.” More like rescued me!
I had aprox. 30 tri tips and he came right over and picked them up. He used his own created “Rub” and marinated them and barbecued for hours(!) while we prepared for the wedding.
The meat turned out “terrific”. There were so many people asking me what he used when he cooked it. To this day when someone starts talking about the wedding, they always mention: “That’s the Best Barbecue Tri-tip I’ve ever had,” and they ask me to get the recipe.
I’ll never be able to thank Clive enough for what he did for me. “He’s the Greatest.”

I had Redding BBQ Catering cater my daughters wedding last June.(approx. 150 guests) The food was great, excellent Tri Tip and chicken. Every one was pleased with the food. He is very pleasant to work with, quite personable, prompt and has great time management skills, all the food was ready at the time designated.
